The apiary challenge involves systematically extracting and blending across spring, summer, and autumn cycles to ensure that the heavy, wind-borne pollen grains from both anemophilous and entomophilous species are permanently suspended within the matrix. The resulting blend features a high density of suspended solids and a moderate moisture range between 17.5% and 18.8%, causing it to naturally settle into a fine, sand-grained crystalline matrix.
